Dawn is a seasoned human resources executive with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive organizational success.
In her previous role as Co-Owner of Guided Leadership Solutions, Dawn advised business owners and leaders on a wide range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. She is also a faculty member at SDSU Global Campus, where she teaches in the HR Certificate Program.
Dawn is a passionate advocate for the importance of storytelling in leadership. She believes that by sharing her own experiences, insights, and mistakes, she can help other leaders develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed.
