Dawn Myers is an accomplished HR executive, consultant, and educator with over 30 years of experience helping organizations align their people strategy with business success. She partners with leaders to build strong cultures, elevate performance, and achieve organizational goals through practical, people-focused strategies.
Passionate about empowering those who empower others, Dawn develops programs and provides coaching designed specifically for HR leaders. Her work helps them build confidence, elevate their strategic influence, and lead with authenticity and impact. Because when HR leaders thrive, entire organizations grow stronger.
As the creator of the CYA Squared™ method (Cover Your A** and Care for Your Associates), she teaches leaders to balance compliance with care, creating workplaces where accountability and empathy go hand in hand.
In addition to leading her consulting practice, Dawn serves as an expert witness for employment attorneys, offering trusted insight on complex workplace issues. She also teaches in the HR Certificate Program and the L. Robert Payne School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at SDSU, as well as for the Human Capital Institute, sharing her expertise with HR professionals around the world.
